🧾 Author Guidelines & Submission Checklist

Authors are requested to review the following checklist and prepare their manuscripts according to the journal’s ethical and formatting standards. Non-compliant submissions may be returned for correction prior to peer review.

✅ Submission Checklist
  • 🟩 The manuscript has not been previously published, nor is it under review elsewhere. Any prior presentation or related submission must be disclosed under Comments to the Editor.
  • 🟩 The manuscript is submitted only in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.
  • 🟩 The document follows journal formatting standards:
    • Single line spacing
    • 12-point Times New Roman or similar professional font
    • Italics instead of underlining (except for hyperlinks)
    • All figures and tables embedded within the text at relevant locations
  • 🟩 The manuscript conforms to the Author Guidelines and bibliographic requirements of the journal.
  • 🟩 References are cited as superscript numerals in ascending order (e.g. [1], [2], [3]) throughout the text.
🧭 Author Guidelines

Manuscripts must be written in clear, academic English with consistency in spelling and grammar. Authors may use either British or American English, but not a mixture of both.

All Ayurvedic and Latin terms must be italicized, with English equivalents provided in parentheses at first use (e.g. Urdhwaga Amlapitta [non-ulcer dyspepsia]). Subsequent mentions can use the Ayurvedic term alone.
